DISPEIN · Pest control · Bogotá

DISPEIN had already changed on the inside. We made it visible on the outside.

We organized its offer into six lines and seven industries, then turned it into a 28-page catalog and a store you browse by pest. In June 2026, its published products went from 168 to 229 in two weeks.

Three pages from the DISPEIN Solutions Ecosystem catalog: the cover, why choose us and one partner

Who DISPEIN is

DISPEIN is a Bogotá importer with more than 35 years in pest control. It serves pest control companies, agriculture, food processing, pharmaceuticals and shopping centers. It holds an ICA registration (Colombia’s agricultural authority) and has a 4.9-star rating from 146 Google reviews.

Where it started

On the inside, DISPEIN had already changed. Beyond products, it offered specialized equipment, equipment maintenance, an entomology lab, personal protective equipment and corporate supplies. Its own team had put it in writing: “We have evolved into a strategic partner for companies across many industries.”

On the outside, it still said the old thing. Its homepage read “Sale of supplies and products for pest control.” The store had 19 flat, overlapping categories, and product pages had no dosage, ICA registration or safety data sheet. Its 146 reviews were nowhere to be seen.

What we did

Stage 1 · Strategy. We analyzed four local competitors across ten fronts. The finding was clear: none of them lets you shop by pest, which is how someone with the problem thinks. That became the backbone of the new store, “What do you need to control?”, with three paths: by pest, by product type and by equipment.

Stage 2 · Execution. The message didn’t stop at the market: it also reached the team, through twenty personalized mugs with lines like “We don’t sell products. We keep operations running.” Outward, we activated four lines:

  • Brand. We organized the offer into six business lines and seven industries, and turned it into a 28-page catalog, “DISPEIN Solutions Ecosystem.” Every category answers the same four things: the problem, the solution, the products and the benefit. We also designed custom pest and industry icons, and the trade-show pieces.
  • Web. While we built the new store, we brought the current one up to date. We loaded 58 products with standardized images and the first 60 SKUs, and published the specialized equipment page and the distributor page. Then we built the new Shopify store, with shop-by-pest navigation, technical product pages, visible reviews and a page for every line and industry.
  • Search. Together with the DISPEIN team, we defined short, mid and long-tail keywords for 209 products, based on how people with a pest problem actually search.
  • Content and social. Instagram took on the same line: the ecosystem in the bio, highlights organized by pest, and technical content on integrated pest management.

What we already measure

Between June 9 and June 23, 2026, published products on dispein.com.co went from 168 to 229, a 36% increase, and the store went from zero to 60 SKUs. The source is the store’s product exports from those two dates.

The new store goes live in late September 2026. From that day on we measure sales, quote requests and mobile conversion, and this case will be updated with those numbers.

What DISPEIN says today

This is how its catalog closes today:

“One partner. Every solution.”

We’ll build the rest together.
